2. Identify the product lines you want updated.
3. Request the DAT Spin—either you or I can submit the request—and include your AE on the request to Independent Inventory Management.
4. Use the DAT Spin results to determine which products are most likely to sell in Your Store. Through time and experience, I’ve gotten Good at this step.
September Follow-Up
At the end of September, I will review my Suggested DAT updates and share the year-to-date sales generated by the parts added through DAT Spin recommendations.
